Welcome to my 1:1 Integrative Functional Health program! I'm here to take a root-cause approach to get the answers you’ve been looking for. As a certified Integrative Health Coach (INHC) & Functional Practitioner (FDN-P), I'll identify healing opportunities through functional lab testing. I believe in a holistic, whole-body approach — which includes lifestyle, nutrition, movement and supplementation. Throughout my program, you'll receive individualized support and accountability as you work towards your goals. I'll provide you with a range of tools and resources to help you make lasting changes to your diet and movement habits, improve your overall health and well-being, and achieve long-lasting results. I’m here to support you on your journey to a healthier you through functional testing and holistic healing.

The program begins with an initial consultation and assessment where we discuss your current health concerns and goals, review your medical history, and identify potential issues. Based on your healing opportunities, I will provide recommendations for functional lab testing that may be needed. Once the results of the functional lab testing have been given, I will develop a customized protocol tailored to meet your specific needs. This plan may include recommendations for dietary changes, supplements, lifestyle adjustments, and other therapies. Regular follow-up appointments are scheduled to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments to the plan. With my holistic and functional approach, we end the cycle of trial and error and get to the root cause.
